YSU in 1953
|
| The dominant story at Youngstown College in 1953 was the completion and dedication of the $1 million library building. For the first time in its 45-year history, the college library would be housed within its own structure. Prior to its movement to its new quarters, the YoCo Library was located in the attic of the Main Hall (now Jones Hall). Tod Hall, a classroom and lecture facility, formed the library building’s northern wall. |
